Terms updated: 11 October 2026 · Global Language Education, LLC
1. Our education service
Global Language Education, LLC operates this website as an independent online language education provider. We offer language learning pathways in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese.
Our courses are not university degrees, official examination qualifications, immigration services, or employment placement services. Learning for work or study abroad means preparing language skills; it does not guarantee a job, visa, university admission, or examination result.
2. Inquiries and enrollment
You can browse the catalog and send an inquiry without paying. A form submission does not create a paid enrollment. Before you agree to purchase, our team must provide a written summary identifying your selected service, availability, format, start arrangements, access period, support, and total price.
Your enrollment is confirmed after the agreed registration steps and payment confirmation. Provide accurate contact information and keep your confirmation and payment record. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must arrange any paid enrollment.
3. Registration and course fees
Student registration is $120 USD, paid once. It includes designated introductory courses and future additions to the included collection within the access arrangements confirmed for your membership. It does not include every premium course or all future course releases.
Additional courses cost $30–$100 USD each. An existing registered student does not pay a second registration fee for a separately purchased course. Prices are quoted in USD; any applicable taxes and the final amount are disclosed before payment. There is no automatic recurring registration charge.
4. Payment and confirmation
This website currently receives inquiries; it does not collect card details or process online checkout. Follow only the payment instructions provided for your confirmed enrollment. Confirm the seller, service, currency, total, and applicable terms before paying. A quotation is not proof of payment.
After payment is confirmed, you receive an enrollment confirmation and payment record or receipt. An enrollment confirmation records your purchase and does not constitute admission to a foreign institution.
5. Student access and course delivery
After registration and confirmed payment, the team supplies your personal access code and the portal or learning-access instructions for your enrollment. This site does not automatically issue codes. Contact support if the promised access is not received.
Courses combine video lessons, learning materials, and practice activities as specified in the course agreement. Live sessions are included only when expressly stated. Your agreement identifies the access duration, session schedule where relevant, materials, and support. Registration does not imply unlimited lifetime access.
6. Learning outcomes
Your progress depends on your starting skills, regular practice, participation, and the chosen learning route. The level guide and learning-path finder are orientation tools, not official assessments. Confirm external admissions and language-test requirements directly with the employer, institution, or examination provider concerned.
7. Cancellations, access issues, and refunds
Our Cancellations & Refunds policy explains cancellation before services begin, review after delivery starts, unavailable services, and payment errors. Submit a request through contact using the cancellation or refund category. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
8. Materials and respectful use
Course materials are provided for personal learning under your enrollment. Do not resell or redistribute protected content without permission. Keep your personal access details private. Do not impersonate others, disrupt sessions, or harass learners or staff.
Where misuse affects service access, we may investigate and take proportionate action. Contact support if you believe an access restriction is incorrect; any remaining refund or consumer rights are assessed separately.
9. Technical requirements and accessibility
You need a connected device, a supported browser, and audio for listening activities. A microphone may be needed for speaking sessions. Ask us about format or accessibility needs before purchase so we can confirm which arrangements are available.
10. Privacy and concerns
Our Privacy notice explains website inquiries and services. For enrollment, access, billing, privacy, or a complaint, use the relevant category on our contact page. Include enough information to identify your request without sharing passwords or sensitive identity documents.
11. Changes to these terms
The update date identifies this version. Changes apply to future purchases unless otherwise agreed or required by law. A later website update does not silently replace the price, access period, or other terms already confirmed for your purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
