CHOOSING YOUR LEARNING PATH
Which languages can I study?
English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese. Each language has an included introductory route and four separately priced learning paths.
Can these courses help me prepare for work or study abroad?
They help develop language skills for interviews, workplace communication, classroom discussion, academic reading, and everyday life. They do not provide a job, visa, university admission, or official test score.
How do I choose my starting level?
Use the level guide and learning-path finder as orientation tools, then tell admissions what you can already do. The finder suggests a route from your answers; it is not an official placement assessment.
Can I try something before registering?
Yes. The Practice Studio has short public phrase activities in all six languages. These are open previews; the included introductory courses are part of paid registration.
How are lessons delivered?
Your course may combine video lessons, learning materials, and practice activities. Live sessions are included only where specified. Admissions confirms the format, schedule, access period, and support before purchase.
REGISTRATION & COURSE FEES
How much does registration cost?
The student registration fee is $120 USD, paid once. It includes designated introductory courses, future additions to the included collection, and access arrangements confirmed for your enrollment.
Does registration include every course?
No. Additional paid courses cost $30–$100 USD each. Registration does not automatically include every premium or future course.
Are introductory courses free?
The designated introductory courses have no additional course charge after the $120 registration fee is paid. The separate public Practice Studio can be used without registration.
Do I pay registration again for another course?
No second registration fee is charged to an existing registered student purchasing an additional course. The fee calculator lets you compare new and existing student totals.
Is registration a subscription?
No. The registration fee is a one-time charge. Additional courses are purchased separately. Your enrollment agreement confirms the access duration; a one-time fee does not imply unlimited lifetime access.
Can I pay through this website?
Online checkout is not connected. Use the website to compare courses and send inquiries. The team supplies confirmed enrollment and payment instructions before you pay.
STUDENT ACCESS & SUPPORT
When will I receive my personal access code?
After registration is completed and your registration payment is confirmed. The team provides the code and the portal or learning link with your enrollment instructions.
Does this website automatically issue or validate access codes?
No. The Student Access page explains the steps and provides a support route. Your actual learning access is supplied separately by the team after confirmed enrollment.
What if my code or access instructions do not arrive?
Check the email address used for registration and your spam folder. Then select Student access & support on the contact form and provide your enrollment reference. Do not send your private code in the inquiry.
Will I receive an enrollment confirmation?
After confirmed enrollment and payment, the team provides a confirmation of your course enrollment. It is not an admission letter from a foreign university, an immigration approval, or an official examination certificate.
Where can I request a refund?
Read the Cancellations & Refunds page, then select Cancellation or refund on the contact form. Include your enrollment reference, purchase date, service, and reason. The policy explains cancellation before services begin, review after delivery, and undelivered services.
How can I make a privacy request?
Select Privacy or personal information on the contact form. Describe the record or request you want reviewed without sending identity documents or passwords.
